(Full-view, please!)

Model: Nick (*The-Angry-Gnome)

Nick and I were downtown (at Major's Hill, actually), when a giant storm suddenly blew in. We ran for cover (well, walked - we like the rain, but it was cold). We were standing under this big... I dunno, it was like a hall in between two buildings, but it was outside and had a roof on the top? Anyways. It led to this street that I hadn't seen before; Nick referred to it as "the fancy street" (the street he's looking out on in the picture). It looked nice, so I pulled out my camera and started taking pictures of just the street - then Nick walked into my shot. Instead of telling him to move, I went with it, because that ended up looking even nicer than my original idea.

Unfortunately, the rain had slowed down by the time we discovered this street.

:)

It's pretty... i'm sorry some loser with a board walked into your shot though ;)

I don't really see why you were hemming and hawing about the blurryness... it looks pretty sharp to me.

;P

This is best out of the batch - the majority of the others were, infact, blurry.

Thank you!

Looks great. I love those little secret places in the market.
Like the one with the hanging building facade.

Hi people.
Come to the Dev-meet on Saturday

This is the first "secret place" I've come across - though, I certainly hope it won't be the last.

And I wish I could go... :(

Nice picture, though it would have been bloody awesome had it been POURING when you took it and perhaps some lightning strikes in the sky. xP Or maybe I'm asking for too much... xD

At any rate, that looks like a cool spot. somewhere I'd want to go sit and read a nice book or something. o.o Very good picture!

Go, Captain, go.
Ahoy there!
Go, Captain, go.
Ahoy there!
Go, Captain, bring us all aboard!
Hah hah hah!

Nice! I think the addition of Nick really really adds to it. Without him, it might be just another landspace/place shot. Especially since the rain has slowed down and the sky is a blah colour, Nick contrasts in tone and shape. Y'know the violent rain and dark sky would make this magnifique..but..well..you win some, you lose some. ;)

Silence Kills. Speak Up.

I support truth. Do you? :jarkorig:

Yeah, I looked at the picture I got of just the landscape, and it was kinda dull. I'm glad he walked in! Haha. Still upset that it wasn't raining as hard as it could have been, but alas, it was not to be. :(
