Valkyrie and Rosie

My guinea pig, Valkyrie passed away on Monday. She was only a year old, and was incredibly sick... I did everything I could, but it wasn't enough to save her.

Then today my hamster Rosie followed... She was over 2 years old, and passed away peacefully in her sleep. She lived a full and happy life, and it was her time.

They were my babies, and I loved them dearly. I'll miss them more than words could ever describe...


RIP Valkyrie.

I'm so sorry. Many people wouldn't ever understand, but I really understand your pain. I had some guinea pigs, hamsters and cats that passed away.... it's SO hard to describe how a little "bunch of fur" can mean so much in your life.

They both were so significant to me... losing them both so close together... I knew most people wouldn't be able to understand, but I'm glad you do. It really means a lot to me...
